Many of you already know about the buzz around 12for12k.org and how folks have been working their asses off all February for Stop The Silence. For those of you who don’t know about 12for12k.org, here’s the scoop:
12for12k.org’s goal is to raise $12,000 for 12 different causes over a 12 month period. To do this – each person only needs to donate $10 per month for the duration of the challenge. If we can get 1200 people to be involved each month, we’ll meet the targets that we’re looking to achieve.
This week is the last week to support Stop The Silence, and quit honestly, at 25% of our goal (as of 2/21.09), $12,000 is a huge stretch. To help close the gap, I am raffling off three months of social media coaching – a $750 value.
I’ve been able to help small businesses and non-profits achieve significant results with social media. One client gained over 2,000 Twitter followers in 30 days and has developed a relationship with a major business magazine.But, if you don’t need social media consulting, this would make a great gift for a friend who does!
Here’s how the raffle works:
- Anyone who donates $25 to Stop The Silence (via 12for12k.org) between 2-23-09 & 2-28-09 will be entered to win.

- The lucky winner will be announced during the first week of March.
