Ever since I got my first job perfecting the twist at Carvel, my basic philosophy about getting stuff done has had three basic tenets:

  1. Easy = lazy
  2. Simple = stupid
  3. Nothing gets done without a third tenet

But after reading the following, I felt that my philosophy lacked a certain much-needed economy:
